Our Story
It all started with a simple yet bold idea: to transform a product once considered undervalued in Romania – the omasum – into an appreciated and sought-after ingredient in Asian markets. Where others saw just a by-product, we saw a bridge between two culinary cultures. Thus, Cow Export was born, a company founded on innovation, rigor, and respect for resources.

Our Vision: To become within the next 3-5 years one of the main Romanian exporters of processed bovine products to the Asian market, recognized for quality, food safety, and transparency.

Our Products
Salted Beef Omasum
Beef omasum, the fourth part of the bovine stomach, is a highly appreciated ingredient in Asian cuisine. Our product is carefully selected, cleaned, and preserved through salting to guarantee quality and safety, ready for export and further processing.
Technical Specifications:
- Origin: Romania (EU)
- Processing: Cleaned, salted (dry or in brine, upon customer request).
- Packaging: Vacuum bags or food-grade barrels, packed in cardboard boxes for export.
- Storage: Refrigerated (0–4 °C) or Frozen (≤ −18 °C).
- Quality: Sorted by quality grades, according to partner requirements.
Future Development (Until 2028)

We collaborate exclusively with authorized slaughterhouses. Each batch is received with complete sanitary-veterinary documentation.
2. Rigorous Cleaning and Sanitation
The omasum is manually cleaned by specialized personnel under strict hygiene conditions.
3. Controlled Salting and Preservation
We apply dry or brine salting methods, according to customer specifications, at controlled temperature.
4. Microbiological Control
We collect samples from each batch for laboratory analysis (E. coli, Salmonella, etc.) to ensure safety.
5. Packaging and Labeling
We use vacuum packaging and labeling according to international standards and GACC requirements.
6. Logistics and Transport
We maintain an uninterrupted cold chain, using reefer containers with monitored temperature.
